| Refolding Protocol | Pellet of insoluble material from bacterial lysate was dissolved in 10ml Solubilization Buffer. The solution was then added drop wise to 100ml Refolding buffer. The mixture was then loaded onto a 40ml DEAE Sepharose fast flow column equilibrated with buffer A (25 mM TrisHCl, 2mM EDTA, pH 8.0). The column was eluted with one column volume of buffer A followed by 10% buffer B (buffer A with 1 M NaCl). |
