We have developed a number of databases of and for structural life sciences surveying requests from the relevant research communities in the national project of Information Platform group, Platform for Drug Discovery, Informatics, and Structural Life Science (PDIS) since 2012, as well as in Target Protein Research Project (TPRP) in 2007-2012.

We have been requested to provide databases that offer a bird's eye view of research techniques and researches. In collaboration with Dr Ashley Buckle at Monash University, Australia, we have developed a new, updated version of the REFOLD database named REFOLDdb for protein refolding methods. The REFOLD database was created in 2009 and contains a comprehensive collection of published experimental approaches and records for refolding proteins.
